Founder, President & Owner
Will founded Engineered Production Components over 30 years ago after a successful career in powder metallurgy. He started as a tool and die maker and worked his way to eventually leading the engineering and sales efforts at American Powdered Metal in CT. Since launching EPC, Will has pioneered numerous cutting edge technologies, including MIM and fineblanking, within the medtech, automotive, and defense industries.

Greg’s background is in industrial sales, starting in customer service and moving up through sales management before he joined Will at Engineered Production Components in 2018. Since then, he’s grown EPC, with a focus on keeping projects organized and on track for manufacturing partners and customers alike.
